their member ID card for the correct claims address.How do I get paid? Yuzu Health will remit payment to you for claims post adjudication. If you are a direct primary care
provider, Yuzu Health will remit your fees to you on a monthly basis in accordance with eligibility.How do I find eligibility?
Yuzu Health provides Direct Primary Care practices with a login to the secure Yuzu Health
portal. From there, DPCs can download an eligibility report to get up-to-date eligibility
each month. This report is compatible with Hint, so you can upload it directly into your
system!
